Cows working hard. On the reverse side of Dogs, cows are considered sacred as they are believed to be “holy” people reborn….not too much hope there.

Hard at work in the rice fields. The average person in India works some labor job and the pay is only about 200 rupees ($4) a day. Understandably so, %50 of the country is under the age of 25.

SO much trash everywhere. It was pretty alarming how dirty (yet beautiful) the country was. open deification was everywhere. Apparently only 15% of the country uses toilets – even though 86% uses cell phones. open sewage was like creeks running through the city – every city.

Long Live the King(s)

Tomorrow I am going to take 1 Year anniversary pictures of my beautiful friend and ex-roommate (she traded me out for Chad. How rude). Chad & Stacie are such a consistent, kind and caring couple. I was so honored to be a part of their engagement and  big day… I can’t believe a whole year has passed! wow.
